Refunds and cancellations
Before we start work
You can cancel any order before we start work on it for a full refund. Email enquiries@hookandhazard.co.uk with your order number.
After we start work
Once we have started work, you can cancel but we will keep a fair amount for the work done so far, and refund the rest. Once a document has been issued to you, the order is complete and is not refundable.
If we can’t deliver
If we cannot deliver what you ordered, we will refund you in full.
Wrong category
If the product you bought doesn’t match your job, we will tell you before we start. You can pay the difference for the right product or have a refund.
Site visits
You can move or cancel a site visit free of charge up to 2 working days before the booked date. After that, cancellation is charged at 50%. If we cannot get on site for reasons within your control, such as no access or no permit, the visit is charged in full.
Missing information
If we have not received the information we need within 30 days of your order, we may close the order and refund you, less any work already done.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card used to pay, normally within 5 to 10 working days.
